This policy explains how apps published by Wyndral ("we", "us") handle information. If an app has its own privacy notice, that notice describes the app's specific practices and takes precedence where it differs from this page.
Information we collect
Our apps are designed to collect as little as possible. Depending on the app, this may include:
- Information you enter into the app, which stays on your device unless the app clearly offers to sync or share it.
- Diagnostics such as crash reports and basic performance data, used only to fix problems.
- Purchase status for in-app purchases or subscriptions, handled by Google Play. We never see your payment details.
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
Some apps rely on third-party services, such as Google Play services, crash reporting or, where stated in the app's store listing, advertising. These services process data under their own privacy policies. Each app's Google Play listing includes a Data safety section that lists exactly what is collected and shared.
Children
Unless an app says otherwise, our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Data retention and deletion
Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the app. To ask about or delete any data we hold, email hello@wyndral.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encryption in transit where data leaves your device.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
